Typically, orders received before 12pm AEST will be dispatched the same day.

Orders received after 12pm AEST will be shipped the following day.

Please understand that same day despatch may not always be possible during high volume periods and we ask for your patience during these times.

Once we dispatch your order, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

 

Address Changes

Please check your address carefully as we are not responsible for any address changes. We will endeavour to accommodate your changes where possible, but it is a possibility that we will not see your email prior to your items being shipped. Note that when you receive your tracking number, you are able to change the delivery address as the customer. 

 

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

Delivery fees for Australian customers is AUD$15 for standard shipping.

We offer free delivers for orders over AUD$150

Australia Post advises that from the day of dispatch, your order will take 8-12 business days (via ordinary post).

If you choose to send via express post, it will take 3-5 business days.

Please note that these timeframes are based on metro areas.

If you are outside of metro areas, this can take an additional 5-10 business days.

We recommend allowing up to 28 business days if you are in a rural / remote area of Australia.

From experience, WA, NT, SA & TAS tend to have longer than usual shipping times.

Pick-Ups

We are an online shop only and pickup is not available.

 

International Shipping

All international order fees will be calculated based on your location and the provider fees. These will take between 5-15 days, depending on your country. Delays are out of our control and may occur, please be mindful of this.
