Returns & Refund Policy

At Okumé, we offer refunds / credits on all full priced purchases up to 14 days after receipt of goods. 

Items must be returned new, unused and include the dustbag and all tags / card inserts. 

We do not offer free returns at this time. 

Please send us an email at returns@okume.com.au to notify us of your return. 

We will process refunds within 3 business days of receipt of your package. 

We recommend posting with a trackable service as Okumé does not take any responsibility for lost packages being returned.

If you’ve opted for a refund, it will be issued within 3 business days of us receiving your returned item/s. We will send you a confirmation email once your refund* has been finalised. 

*refunds may take up to 2 business days to appear in your account depending on your method of payment.
